Staff helped me reserve a quiet room. After I checked out, my flight was cancelled and staff arranged for me to return to the same comfortable room for another night. When I had to check out at 4:15 a.m., someone was at the front desk to give me a printed bill. After a stressful week, I really appreciated the little assists and easy adjustments. Thank you.

Breakfast was in restaurant connected to hotel. Hotel only offered coffee and bars that were located at check in desk, not by coffee. Restaurant I ordered a breakfast with my 85 year old parent to share. They do not serve split plates which is a service provided at other places for a small fee. The staff was cold and appeared tired.

I saved 200 dollars on overall stay for three nights. Paid up front but still an awesome value. We also had a toilet issue and the staff helped us immediately.

Really appreciate the shuttle bus to Bozeman Airport from our hotel. The stuff here is really considering for travelers. Our flight is in the early morning, we just can not believe we can get a shuttle bus at 4:15 in the morning.

Beautiful place. Great staff and services provided. from the shuttle service to the front desk, to the room service. just great!! I really wish I could stay longer than one night. loved the restaurant/lounge in the hotel too.

American Airlines delayed our flight overnight and we booked this "on the fly" from the Bozeman airport when we were told there were to be no meal or hotel vouchers. Best Western provided a fabulous rate, courteous staff, and a clean comfortable room for us after we'd been 10 hours in the airport that day and were exhausted.

Couldn't find or reservation, (done through Booking.com), so after a 15 minute delay, got upgraded to a suite. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! Love the shuttle and the driver's flexibility. All staff great.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great! They even gave us a coupon for breakfast. That was a nice perk. Everything was great and he price was WAY more affordable than other places in Bozeman. I would highly recommend and would also stay there again. Thank you!
